Sacred Geometry and Physics

Based on the article, “A Brief and Somewhat Curious View of Sacred Geometry” I would say yes, sacred geometry and physics do have a connection. In fact, the article states the connections are numerous. For example, the article states the structure of the mandala encompasses within it higher dimensional math explored by quantum physicists. Mandalas were used in meditation practice and was invented between the first and second millennium in southern and southeastern Asia. They are considered a major step in sacred geometry, they were important because they depicted abstract concepts of time and higher states of consciousness.
Also, the article points to the kabalistic Tree of Life. It’s ten “sephiroth” and on hidden sephiroth corresponds to the 11-dimensional universe postulated in string theory. It draws parallels between the kabalistic beliefs are about nature of spirit and body and the ideas of energy and matter in theory of relativity.
The I Ching’s 64 hexes correspond to the 64 codon structure of the human DNA. Mandalas, the I Ching and the Kabala are ancient and new scientific discoveries are lining up with them. I think these are pretty stunning coincidences.

8/8/18 Bionics: The development of a bionic person and it's use in the military

8/8/18 Supporting Bionics for Humans? My first feeling about this topic is that I would support the option of bionics for humans in need of limbs, in place of old prosthetic limbs that have previously existed. I have not had to worry about this personally for myself or any of my family members, but I imagine that for someone who does, advances in science in this field are really important for having a more functional, happy life. I had a childhood friend who didn’t need a prosthetic limb, but was disabled and needed braces from the waist down as a child to assist with walking. These things were heavy, stiff, ugly and just archaic! It sounds like newer developments are moving toward more sophisticated options that are more accessible for average people. Week Three Assignment Explaining Connectivity Based on what I know now, I believe all is connected, although I don't completely understand how. I believe there are energies at work that we cannot see.  I look at examples such as the meridian system in Chinese medicine. The channels are not separate; where one ends the other begins. Yin and Yang. Where one ends the other begins. One can transform into the other.  It seems, we cannot see all things at all times, but rather it seems we mostly see just a piece of something at any given time. Maybe there are those moments when we see multidimensionally that we discover synchronicity and connectivity.
